Welcome to PintWise ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use PintWise.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Zeyna Technologies, LLC ("Developer"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the App immediately.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers subscription-based services that are managed through RevenueCat. By subscribing to any services within the App, you agree to RevenueCat's Terms of Service and Apple's App Store billing policies.
All subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store and governed by their terms and policies.
Subscription cancellations and refunds must be managed through your Apple account settings.
The App does not directly process or store any payment information.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of the Developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without the Developer's express written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
6. Modifications to the Terms of Use
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Washoe County, Nevada for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the App.
